Calybra is the innovative weighing system designed specifically to meet the needs of laboratories of ice cream and confectionery craft. With Calybra you optimize the time of preparation, they shall document all stages of the production process, storing recipes made. Calybra allows the precise measurement of the ingredients, ensuring the quality of the recipes in constant tempo.Il their inclusion and the ‘possible change can be made by operators, if authorized by the code. Calybra may also be used by less qualified personnel, thanks to a simple and intuitive interface video. The operator is guided through every stage of production, any problems will be corrected by dosing Calybra recalculating the parameters of the original recipe. All recipes produced is stored as the Calybra, where licensed operators will have access to view the details of each recipe produced, including the production lots of the ingredients. The administrator can enable the use of the functions (encoding of the ingredients, dosage rate, dosage amount, …) based on the experience of the operator. When inserting or editing a recipe, Calybra calculates in real time the data of balance (sugar, fat, milk solids, total solids, sweetness and antifreeze, protein and calories).
Calybra comes with a USB stick to make the export of data and software update released by Naonix srl.L ‘use of Calybra in franchise outlets, simplifies the management of recipes and ingredients, ensuring quality and control productive process.
